Пошук оптимального рішення виконано за допомогою програмного комплекту MathCAD, Excel
при відомій ціновій матриці і коефіцієнтах приналежності, при цьому як оптимальний обирається
варіант з максимальним значенням приналежності.; EN: In the transition economy and industries of Ukraine to a market for rail transport is growing
competition from other modes of transport, the widespread use began to take combined freight transport.
In modern conditions when choosing the type of cargo the focus provided by indicators such as the
cost of transportation, speed of delivery, reliability of transport, transport safety, and even many factors influencing the choice of transportation. Because of such factors and multifactorial not always clear
information on the service provision is necessary in the application of fuzzy sets.
Thus, in the article the approach to choosing the type of cargo transportation by using the theory of
fuzzy sets.
By using the software supplied MathCAD, Excel to price matrix coefficients and accessories search is
conducted and certain types of traffic has a maximum value alternative - bimodal transportation.

зв’язку з цим необхідним стає вирішення питання щодо раціонального використання вагонів та
локомотивів, задля підвищення потужності переробки більших обсягів перевезень наявним в
експлуатації рухомим складом та уникнення витрат на придбання нового.; EN: At this stage, the railways continued the trend of traffic growth. In this regard, it becomes necessary
solution to the problem of rational use of cars and locomotives, to increase the capacity of processing large
volumes of traffic available to operate the rolling stock and to avoid the cost of purchasing a new one. The
paper discusses the steps train dispatcher in the performance management technology cars in the area, and
found that by performing this work in an expeditious manner, it is difficult to make the right decision, given
the large number of factors affecting the economic viability of the routes taken by traffic volumes. To
automate this process, it developed a model, which is based on determining the optimal route. To do this,

Abstract: UA: У статті проаналізовано основні показники роботи залізниць України з урахуванням обсягів
перевезення за основними видами вантажів, а також перевезення імпортних, експортних і
транзитних вантажів. Розглянуто вплив прикордонної передавальної станції, технології її роботи
на виконання міжнародної доставки вантажів. Наведено основні проблеми в їх роботі та шляхи
вирішення.; EN: The article analyzes the main indicators of railways of Ukraine, taking into account the volume of
transportation of the main types of goods as well as transportation of import, export and transit of goods.
The influence of the border transfer station, the technology of its work on the implementation of an
international delivery. The main problems in their work and solutions.
Certain areas of the implementation process and to ensure rail freight across the state border. These
aspects take into account the current conditions of the process and the information space. It indicated that in
order to create greater attractiveness of rail transport and improving its competitiveness in the market for
international freight transport, it is necessary to improve the technology and reduce the work the execution
of customs and basic technological operations at border transfer stations.
It is proposed by using the simulation, reproduction processes carried out at the border station in the
system consisting of interrelated subsystems: the processing of export and import flows of cars; processing
