Abstract: UA: У статті надається аналіз діючих нормативних документів стосовно
критеріїв призначення ремонтно-колійних робіт на залізницях України (а саме для
модернізації верхньої будови колії, посиленого капітального та капітального ремонту колії,
посиленого середнього та середнього ремонту колії, комплексно-оздоровчого ремонту колії
та машинізованої виправки колії), визначено основний об’єкт, що підлягає управлінню під
час ремонту (рейко-шпальна решітка, баластна призма, підшпальна основа) та показники,
які характеризують технічний стан колії напередодні ремонту, а також було визначено
напрям подальших досліджень з встановлення чисельних значень критеріїв для ремонту
колії.; EN: The article provides an analysis of the existing normative documents concerning the
criteria for the appointment of repair and track works on the railways of Ukraine, namely, for the
modernization of the upper structure of the track, increased capital and major repairs of the track,
increased average and average repair of the track, comprehensive repair of the track and machined
rail correction. The basic object, which is to be managed during repair of a rail-board lattice, a
ballast prism, a floor underlayer, is determined. Indicators characterizing the technical condition of
the track prior to the repair were determined, as well as the direction of further research on the

Abstract: The article proposes to improve the technology of multimodal railway passenger
transportation with the participation of the motor transport by coordinating the schedule of traffic
of all types of transport. Harmonization of the schedule is carried out under conditions of
transport-transfer hub applying modeling of passenger traffic in the process of interaction of
various kinds of transport. This allowed to rationalize the capacity of vehicles, reduce the waiting
time for passengers by 30% at the points of transfer, and reduce the requirements for the
throughput and processing capacity of the transport-transfer hubs.
It is established that to systematize and optimize the routes of complex passenger traffic it is
necessary to establish a systematic collection of information about passenger traffic using modern
means of computer equipment, communication and satellite navigation. This will allow the
creation of a multimodal technology for the operation of the passenger transportation network in
suburban and interurban routes with the participation of railways and motor transport. In its turn,
this technology should be based on the ideology of a "single ticket" and a comprehensive liability
for compliance with the conditions of passenger transportation.
The calculations made for conditions of the transport and transfer center of the city Dnipro
gave an assessment of the economic effect at the level of 3.2 million UAH in a year when the load
on transport infrastructure is reduced by 9.2%. This will facilitate the creation of multimodal

Abstract: UA: У статті викладено короткий нарис розвитку та становлення двох галузей психофізіологічних знань — фізіології та психології праці, як самостійних областей науки. Описані основні передумови до їх виникнення та подальшого розвитку. Здійснено огляд з приводу історії розвитку та становлення двох галузей психофізіологічних знань — фізіології та психології праці, як самостійних областей науки, виявлено основні передумови до їх виникнення. Відображені найбільш значні
досягнення вчених ХХ сторіччя та сучасності, що працюють за даним спрямуванням. Сформульовано основні аспекти щодо
підвищення працездатності та створення умов оптимальної життєдіяльності, організації робочих місць, раціоналізації трудових процесів, оптимізації виробничого середовища, і як наслідок, зростанню ефективності праці в цілому. Зазначені
проблеми сучасної фізіології та психології трудової діяльності. Надано рекомендації щодо оптимізації трудового процесу
в системі наукової організації трудової діяльності людини. Встановлено, що застосування фізіо-психологічних законів в організації трудової діяльності працівників має позитивний вплив в удосконаленні управління персоналу на підприємствах.; EN: The article outlines a brief essay on the development and formation of two branches of psychophysiological knowledge — physiology and psychology of labor as separate areas of science. The basic preconditions for their emergence and further
development are described. The review on the history of development and formation of two branches of psychophysiological
knowledge — physiology and psychology of labor, as independent areas of science, revealed the basic preconditions for their emergence. The most significant achievements of the 20th century scientists and contemporaries working in this direction are shown.
The main aspects of improving the efficiency and creating conditions for optimal livelihoods, organization of workplaces,
rationalization of labor processes, optimization of the production environment, and, as a consequence, increase in the efficiency
of labor in general are formulated. The mentioned problems of modern physiology and psychology of labor activity. The recommendations on optimization of labor process in the system of scientific organization of human labor activity are given. Found
that application Physiological and psychological laws in the organization of labor activities of employees have a positive impact
