Формалізовано технологію функціонування перевантажувального комплексу у вигляді оптимізаційної моделі, яка дасть змогу визначити оптимальну кількість вагонів, що подаються на комплекс. Реалізація моделі показала, що для усереднених вихідних даних можна отримати оптимальне значення кількості вагонів.; EN: It has reviewed the features work of technology of the transshipment complex border station and it has found that supplying the wagons to the complex should be making by the optimal groups. The optimal technology of handling complex should provide the lowest operating costs, speed up the cargo handling by reducing vehicle downtime during the cargo operations and in their expectation, rational using of loading and unloading machinery, the maximum load of domestic wagons, the high productivity of the labour. It was formalized the technology of functioning of a transshipment complex as an optimization model that will determine the optimal number of wagons that are suppling to the complex in a performance of the corresponding system limitations. Also, using the model will reduce unproductive idle of wagons at the border reloading station, and for the margin controller and for the station duty controller will give an opportunity of efficiently organizing the work in selection, feeding, cleaning wagons with the minimal expences of wagon- and locomotive hours. The realization of the model, showed us, that the average output data may give us the optimum number of the wagons in the filing.

Визначено, що найбільш сприятливим та відповідним для умов залізниць України є застосування третьої моделі використання ВШМ, а саме змішаної моделі. Саме вона відповідає сучасним умовам розвитку мереж на залізницях країни і саме вона є найбільш економічно вигідною в плані побудови, обслуговування і використання, тому що дає змогу використовувати високошвидкісну магістраль як для пропускання швидкісних поїздів, так і для пропускання нічних пасажирських та приміських поїздів, а також здатна ефективно використовувати пропускну спроможність ділянки для всіх цих категорій поїздів.; EN: The article examines the three existing models ekspluatatsii high-speed lines in the world. It was determined that the most suitable and appropriate conditions for the railways of Ukraine is to use a third model, the use of high-speed rail, namely the mixed model. It is consistent with modern conditions of development of the network on the country's railways and that it is the most costeffective in terms of construction, maintenance and use, because it allows the use of a high-speed backbone for passing high-speed trains and to pass the night passenger and commuter trains and is able to effectively use bandwidth for all these categories of trains.
