У кваліфікаційній роботі запропоновано критерій оцінювання придатності вагонів у комерційному відношенні під навантаження певного вантажу, що залежить від інтенсивності їх використання, який дозволив визначити рівень комерційної придатності рухомого складу.; EN: The object of the study is the process of managing empty wagon flows. The purpose of the study is to improve the process of managing empty wagon flows based on determining the commercial suitability of freight wagons. The qualification work proposes a criterion for assessing the suitability of wagons in a commercial sense for loading a certain cargo, which depends on the intensity of their use, which allowed determining the level of commercial suitability of rolling stock. The information and management system for the formation of empty wagon flows has been improved, which takes into account the commercial suitability of a particular freight wagon and is based on fuzzy logic. Such approaches will reduce the number of refusals by cargo owners from rolling stock provided for loading cargo and increase the level of transport service to customers in general. The total economic effect has been calculated.

Title: Дослідження взаємодії станції примикання та під'їзної колії з підготовки вагонів під навантаження Authors: Кравцов, Олексій Сергійович Abstract: UA: Об'єктом дослідження є вантажна і комерційна робота сортувальної станції. Метою дослідження є виявлення та аналіз основних загальних завдань при взаємодії станції та під'їзних колій, що примикають, опис шляхів методики їх вирішення, удосконалення перевезення вантажів в межах ефективної технології транспортного обслуговування; визначення доцільності використання нових технічних засобів при виконанні маневрів на технологічній базі при очищенні вагонів. У кваліфікаційній роботі показано, що незважаючи на військовий стан АТ «Укрзалізниця» продовжує реформувати галузь залізничного транспорту, беручи до уваги європейську модель й досвід залізниць Німеччини, Польщі та Франції. Реформування галузі по європейській моделі буде сприяти підвищенню ефективності, якості й конкурентоспроможності залізничної системи держави. Запропоновано математичну модель гнучкого регулювання параметрів транспортного обслуговування, що дозволить встановити логістичні параметри транспортного обслуговування з урахуванням конкретних умов перевезень обслуговування різних вантажовідправників. Розрахунками доведено економічний ефект від впровадження нових технічних засобів (лебідки маневрові) для підтягування вагонів під миючу голівку для промивки та подачі на відстій після промивки на технологічній базі за життєвий цикл проєкту.; EN: The object of the study is the cargo and commercial operation of the sorting The purpose of the study is to identify and analyze the main general tasks in the interaction of the station and adjacent access tracks, describe the ways and methods for solving them, improve cargo transportation within the framework of effective transport service technology; determine the feasibility of using new 2 technical means when performing maneuvers on a technological basis when cleaning wagons. The qualification work shows that despite the martial law, JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" continues to reform the railway transport industry, taking into account the European model and the experience of the railways of Germany, Poland and France. Reforming the industry according to the European model will contribute to increasing the efficiency, quality and competitiveness of the state's railway system. A mathematical model of flexible regulation of transport service parameters is proposed, which will allow establishing logistical parameters of transport service taking into account specific conditions of transportation and service of various shippers. The calculations proved the economic effect of the introduction of new technical means (shunting winches) for pulling wagons under the washing head for washing and feeding them to the sludge after washing at the technological base during the life cycle of the project.

Title: Дослідження напрямків удосконалення перевезення зернових вантажів залізницею України Authors: Бєляєв, Ярослав Андрійович Abstract: UA: Об'єктом дослідження є процес організації перевезення зернових вантажів залізницею. Метою дослідження є удосконалення перевезення зернових вантажів залізницею України, зокрема покращення експлуатаційних показників через перегрупування районів концентраціїі вантаження зерна. У кваліфікаційній роботі показано, що одна із найважливіших ознак при перевезенні зерна у морські порти є значна розкиданість станцій вантаження, при чому близько 80% із них не можуть відвантажувати й формувати зернові маршрутні поїзди. Організація відправницької маршрутизації перевезень залізницею зернових вантажів можлива за створення необхідної мережі вузлових станцій для концентрації вантаження зерна. Запропоновано розташування вузлових станцій й формування на їх базі районів концентрації вантаження зерна. Показано, що вирішення пропозиції є досить складною багатоваріантною й багатофакторною оптимізаційною задачею. Вирішено задачу формування районів концентрації навантаження навколо вузлових станцій, яка формалізована як задача багатокритеріальної оптимізації із булевими змінними. Розраховано загальний економічний ефект від маршрутизації відправок з запропонованих районів концентрації вантаження зерна.; EN: The object of the study is the process of organizing the transportation of grain cargo by rail. The purpose of the study is to improve the transportation of grain cargo by Ukrainian railways, in particular, improving operational performance through the regrouping of grain concentration and loading areas. The qualification work shows that one of the most important features in the transportation of grain to seaports is the significant dispersion of loading stations, with about 80% of them unable to unload and form grain route trains. The organization of dispatch routing of grain cargo transportation by rail is possible by creating the necessary network of hub stations for the concentration of grain loading. The location of nodal stations and the formation of grain loading concentration areas based on them are proposed. It is shown that the solution of the proposal is a rather complex multivariate and multifactor optimization problem. The problem of forming load concentration areas around nodal stations is solved, which is formalized as a multi-criteria optimization problem with Boolean variables. The overall economic effect of routing shipments from the proposed grain loading concentration areas has been calculated.

Title: Покращення взаємодії пункту концентрації обробки перевізних документів із закріпленими вантажними станціями Authors: Яковлєва, Наталія Леонідівна Abstract: UA: Об’єктом дослідження є процес оформлення перевізних документів. Предметом дослідження є технологія взаємодії пункту концентрації обробки перевізних документів зі закріпленими вантажними станціями. Метою дослідження є вирішення прикладної задачі покращення взаємодії пункту концентрації обробки перевізних документів із закріпленими вантажними станціями шляхом визначення необхідної кількості працівників ПКОПД в умовах наявності ризику для своєчасного оформлення перевезень вантажів. У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено роботу пункту концентрації обробки перевізних документів у взаємодії зі закріпленими станціями. Аналіз показав значну нерівномірність роботи на залізничному транспорті, що призводить до перевантаження працівників у пункті зосередження перевізних документів в окремі періоди та збільшення непродуктивних простоїв вагонів у черзі під час очікування оформлення перевізних документів, т.к. а також погіршення умов обслуговування вантажовідправників і вантажоодержувачів.; EN: The object of the study is the process of processing transport documents. The subject of research is the technology of interaction of the point of concentration of processing transport documents with fixed cargo stations. The purpose of the study is to solve the applied problem of improving the interaction of the concentration point for processing transport documents with fixed cargo stations by determining the required number of employees of the PCPTD in the presence of risk for the timely processing of cargo transportation. In the qualification work, the work of the concentration point for the processing of transport documents in interaction with fixed stations was investigated. The analysis showed a significant unevenness of work in railway transport, which leads to overloading of workers at the point of concentration of transport documents in some periods and an increase in unproductive stoppages of wagons in the queue while waiting for the processing of transport documents, as well as deterioration of service conditions for consignors and consignees. In the work, a mathematical model for determining the required number of workers at the concentration point for processing transportation documents was formed in the presence of risk, taking into account the time for processing documents while obtaining minimum operating costs. The proposed technology of optimal transportation management allows you to determine the required number of commercial agents and avoid unproductive downtime of wagons in the queue while waiting for the processing of transportation documents. In this way, minimum operating and time costs for processing transport documents are achieved with an increased number of employees per person. It was determined that the positive value of the economic effect from the introduction of innovations occurs in the first year of application of the proposed technology.
