Abstract: UA: Дисертацію присвячено проблемам удосконалення і розвитку методів розрахунку собівартості пасажирських залізничних перевезень далекого сполучення в тарифних цілях. Проаналізовані теоретичні основи методів розрахунку собівартості перевезень пасажирів та можливість їх використання в практичній діяльності залізниць. Розроблено методику розрахунку собівартості далеких залізничних пасажирських перевезень по видах поїздів і вагонів з урахуванням дальності проїзду та диференціюванням по складових частинах вартості проїзду. Запропоновано методику визначення постійних і непостійних витрат з метою визначення мінімальних значень пасажирських тарифів та методику коригування собівартості у періоди, коли розрахунки на залізницях не проводяться. Для зручного впровадження запропонованої методики в практичній діяльності залізниць розроблено комп'ютерну програму.; EN: The dissertation is dedicated to the problems of enhancement and further development of the methods of the cost price of the railway passenger transportation calculating. Questions regarding the necessity of developing methods of calculation the cost price in the purposes of tariffs are systematized and grounded in the work. The theoretical fundamentals of passenger transportation cost price calculation have been analyzed as well as the necessity of the existing methods enhancement was shown. Analysis was conducted in the respect of the railway transport passengers expenditures and the accuracy of cost price calculation of all the types of railway communications which is the basis of the cost price calculation for the purposes of tariffs. As the result the recommendations as for enhancement of the indirect expenditures distribution according to the types of traffic was given. For the purposes of tariffs building the principles of the long distance railway passenger transportation cost price calculation which take into account different types of trains, cars and trip distances were elaborated and suggested. The principles are based on the usage of the expenditures which are officially related to the long distance passengers transportations. The given principles include the dividing of the expenditures into parts of the operations of the passenger transportation process and into tariff components. Also, for the purposes of differentiation of the cost price in the different types of cars the correcting factor was suggested. All needed recommendations were given as for the usage of calculation results for tariffs building. The method of correcting the cost price according to the types of trains and cars in tariff purposes during periods when calculations on the railways are not being conducted has been proposed. Also the method of constant and variable expenditures determination with the purpose of obtaining minimum values of passenger tariffs on the base of variable part of the expenditures has been offered. At the end of the given work the general conclusions have been made. Also computer program was worked out to facilitate calculations and for convenient practical implementation of the suggested principles.

Scientifically proved recommendations for increase of economic parameters of railway passenger transportation’s have been defended on the basis of results of economic researches. The technique of forming structure of marketing service on industrial and transport enterprises has been suggested. Techniques and mathematical models for realization of researches of services have been developed. Mathematical modeling of curves settlement life cycles of additional services in system of passenger transportation’s and forecasting of their development have been made.

Показано, що процес глобалізації світової економіки дозволяє використовувати переваги міжнародного розподілу праці і співробітництва. Розкрито приоритетні напрями програмно-цільового підходу до регулювання розвитку транспортної галузі. Розроблено науково обґрунтовані підходи до створення та функціонування концерну Укрзалізниця, конкретизовано методичні рекомендації щодо корпоратизації та акціонування державного підприємства. Обґрунтовано оптимальний комерційний проект міжнародного транспортного коридору Балтика - Чорне море. Розроблено методику розподілу прибутку між учасниками холдингу, яка дозволяє об’єктивно оцінити внесок кожного учасника холдингу в загальний результат.; EN: The dissertation is devoted to questions increase of efficiency functioning of transport area in Ukraine at the expense of organisation of regular traffic on international transport corridors through territory of country. The conducted research has shown, that the process of globalization of world economy allows to use advantages of an international division of labor and cooperation. The priority directions of a program-target method of regulation of development of transport area are opened, the method of distribution of profits between the participants of group is recommended. Entry of Ukraine in international transportroad system thereby is emphasized priority of a problem at the expense of realization of the appropriate state strategy of re-structuring of a railway transport and its base enterprises. In this connection the strategy of creation and functioning of a concern "Ukrzaliznitsa" is developed, the methodical recommendations on corporatisation and shareholding of the state enterprise are concretized. The research of various variants freight flow through territory of Ukraine has allowed to develop the optimum commercial project on an international transport corridor Baltic - Black sea.
