Abstract: UA: У статті обґрунтовується значущість питання компресії зображень, а також розробки нових алгоритмів на основі ієрархічної сіткової інтерполяції. Показано системні проблеми зниження ефективності алгоритмів статистичного кодування, які пов'язані з тим, що раніше були поширені зйомки з літальних апаратів або космічного сегмента, тому зараз доводиться мати справу з даними, що містять великоформатні канали. У зв'язку з цим було запропоновано алгоритм, який може використовуватися в будь-яких методах компресії, в яких потрібно кодувати декорельований сигнал.; EN: At present, the volume of information corresponding to the image continues to increase. An example can be the continued growth of data volumes when shooting any dynamic characteristics. If previously only airborne and satellite images containing one or more components were common, then it is now necessary to deal with multi-spectral and hyper-spectral data (which are intended for military purposes, for special purpose communications, and also for the prevention of terrorist threat) that can contain hundreds of high-definition largeformat channels. The massive use of unmanned aerial vehicles and the availability of the results of their work, further exacerbates the problem of the amount of data corresponding images. Of course, shooting the earth's surface is not the only example. The increase in permission and number of images takes place in various areas of knowledge, such as geo-informatics, medicine, printing, forensic science, etc.

Як основу для побудови таких технологій сформовано математичну модель, яка базується на запропонованому критерії експозиції ризику, що є новим підходом у галузі технічного ризик-менеджменту. Дана модель є перспективною для застосування у вигляді основи при створенні технологій управління ризиками на сортувальних станціях, при оперуванні вагонопотоками із небезпечними вантажами.; EN: The volumes of transportation of dangerous cargoes by railways of Ukraine from year to year only increase. At the same time, the high level of competition in the transport market dictates the need to develop and implement automated technologies for managing the transport process on the railways. Automated technologies for the operational work planning of railway switchyard stations, which are of paramount importance in terms of the needs of the railway industry, should be able to adequately assess the dangers involved in the operation of flows of railcars with dangerous goods and to take them into account when executing operational plan construction procedures. As a basis for the construction of such automated technology, a mathematical model based on the proposed risk exposure criterion, which is a new approach in the field of technical risk management, has been formed. The proposed optimization model, that uses this criterion, corresponds to the classical integral management principle and is suitable for use as a basis for the creation of risk management technologies at railway infrastructure sites, such as switchyard stations, for the operation of railcars with dangerous goods.
