Досліджено досвід країн світу щодо реалізації проектів комплексної інноваційної модернізації енергосистеми, її основних цілей та переваг. Визначено доцільність побудови нових газотурбінних електростанцій та реконструкції діючих шляхом їх переведення на комбінований цикл.; EN: The possible directions of ensuring the innovative technological modernization of the Ashgabat state power station are considered in the article. The strategic vectors of Turkmenistan's state energy policy and further prospects for the development of the energy industry have been studied. It was noted that when implementing large-scale energy projects, strict observance of international environmental norms and standards should be a prerequisite. This approach determines the position of the state, which consists in the need to seek an international consensus on energy security, where the environmental aspect is one of the main aspects. The experience of the countries of the world in implementing projects of complex innovative modernization of the energy system, its main goals and advantages has been studied. The expediency of constructing new gas turbine power stations and reconstructing the existing ones by means of their transfer to a combined cycle is determined.

M.; Frolov, А. І.; Levchuk, О. М. Abstract: UA: У статті розглянуто первинні документи як складову обліково-звітної інформації підприємства. Проаналізовано чинні нормативно-правові акти, що регламентують складання типових форм первинних документів на підприємстві. Наведена оцінка внесеним змінам до законодавчої бази щодо визначення первинного документу. Проаналізовані доводи експертів з податкового та бухгалтерського обліку стосовно нового визначення первинних документів згідно зі змінами в законодавчий базі.; EN: The article deals with the source accounting documents as a component of accounting and reporting information of the enterprise. The current normative legal acts regulating the compilation of standard forms of source accounting documents at the enterprise are analyzed. The arguments of tax and accounting experts on the current definition of source accounting documents are analyzed in accordance with with changes in the legislative framework. The current problem is that there have been some changes in the legislative framework, which give a new definition to the source accounting documents, thereby creating conflicting questions from accountants of enterprises and taxpayers. Thus, now the original document is not required to record the making of a business transaction, and may contain information about its making. A single view on the definition of the original document will avoid controversial issues in the future.

З’ясовано цілі, завдання, технологію управління знаннями на підприємствах. Обґрунтовано доцільність створення центрів знань на підприємствах, як базового елементу інфраструктури системи управління знаннями.; EN: In the article the modern trends in the introduction of elements and systems of knowledge management in enterprises. Investigated approaches to definition of essence of knowledge management, which testified to its key role in creating competitive advantage and increasing the value, efficiency and sustainable development of the enterprise in the long term. It was determined that the knowledge management system covers all the company operates a traditional management processes: planning, analysis, organization, motivation, evaluation, control and correction, which indicates the necessity of using appropriate management tools, which will be organizational-economic mechanism of management of knowledge.
