Abstract: UA: Дисертація присвячена розробленню теоретико-методологічних засад, методичних підходів і практичних рекомендацій щодо забезпечення збалансованого розвитку підприємств залізничного транспорту в умовах реалізації цифрових змін у галузі на основі застосування цифрового інструментарію трансформації бізнес-моделі і модернізації послуг, бізнеспроцесів та компетенцій персоналу підприємств залізничного транспорту. Дослідження ролі цифрових технологій у переході від традиційної до цифрової моделі господарювання дозволило встановити і розкрити функції цифрового інструментарію розвитку підприємств залізничного транспорту, що сприяло виявленню мультиплікативних властивостей цифровізації з точки зору досягнення економічних, соціальних та екологічних цілей зростання підприємств галузі. Виявлено, що основою успішного застосування цифрового інструментарію в діяльності підприємств залізничної галузі є цифрова когерентність як властивість досягнення інтероперабельності цифрових інновацій та існуючих технологічних та технічних рішень на підприємствах залізничного транспорту, що сприяє інтеграції доповненого реального та віртуального бізнес-середовища їхнього функціонування. Останнє стало базисом для обґрунтування доцільності реалізації цифрових змін на вітчизняних підприємствах залізничного транспорту з метою забезпечення їхнього сталого розвитку і покращення конкурентних позицій на ринку транспортних послуг.; EN: The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological foundations, methodological approaches and practical recommendations for ensuring a balanced development of railway transport enterprises in the context of implementing digital changes in the industry based on the use of digital tools for transforming the business model and modernizing services, business processes and competencies of railway transport personnel. The study of the role of digital technologies in the transition from the traditional to the digital model of management allowed to establish and reveal the functions of digital tools for the development of railway transport enterprises, which contributed to the identification of multiplicative properties of digitalization in terms of achieving economic, social and environmental growth goals of enterprises in the industry. It is revealed that the basis of successful application of digital tools in the activities of railway industry enterprises is digital coherence as a property of achieving interoperability of digital innovations and existing technological and technical solutions at railway transport enterprises, which contributes to the integration of augmented real and virtual business environment of their functioning. The latter became the basis for justifying the feasibility of implementing digital changes at domestic railway transport enterprises in order to ensure their sustainable development and improve their competitive position in the transport services market. 2022-01-01T00:00:00Z
