The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of improving risk management in the logistics activities of the enterprise. The purpose of the work is to study theoretical provisions and develop practical recommendations for improving risk management in the logistics activities of the enterprise in an unstable external environment. The paper considers theoretical approaches to determining the essence of risk as an economic category, reveals the content and significance of risk management in the logistics activities of an enterprise, and also provides a classification of logistics risks and factors of their formation. Using the example of PrJSC "ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih", an analysis of the technical and economic indicators of the enterprise's activities, financial results and main balance sheet indicators for 2020–2024 was conducted, the main problems and risks that negatively affect the efficiency of logistics activities and the profitability of the enterprise were identified. An assessment of the risks of the enterprise's logistics activities was carried out, their impact on financial results was determined, ways to reduce logistics risks and directions for improving the risk management system were proposed in order to increase the sustainability and competitiveness of the enterprise. The practical significance of the paper lies in the possibility of using the results obtained and the proposed recommendations in the activities of industrial enterprises to increase the efficiency of logistics risk management in conditions of economic and geopolitical instability.; UA: Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління ризиками у логістичній діяльності підприємства ПрАТ «АрселорМіттал Кривий Ріг». The purpose of the study is to develop theoretical and practical foundations for forming an environmentally oriented logistics strategy aimed at improving the efficiency of the supply chain and reducing the negative environmental impact of logistics operations. The qualification thesis investigates the theoretical foundations of green logistics, global trends in decarbonizing transport and logistics systems, and approaches used by international companies to green their supply chains. A comprehensive analysis of the logistics activities and environmental practices of Nova Poshta LLC is conducted, the scale of its environmental impact is assessed, and key challenges and opportunities for implementing environmentally oriented solutions are identified. A set of practical measures is proposed for developing an environmentally oriented logistics strategy for the enterprise, including route optimization, the use of electric transport, the introduction of energy-efficient technologies at logistics terminals, the development of ecological packaging, and the improvement of ESG reporting systems.; UA: Об’єктом дослідження є процеси управління логістичною діяльністю підприємства в умовах реалізації принципів сталого розвитку. An analysis of the logistics activities of Siala LLC is conducted as an example of an integrated and adaptive logistics system, taking into account financial and operational performance indicators and the specific features of management under martial law. The aim of this qualification work is to theoretically substantiate and develop a conceptual model for integrating metaverse technologies into supply chain management education to improve the effectiveness of professional training and the formation of environmentally oriented competencies in the context of Industry 4.0. The thesis systematises the theoretical and methodological foundations of using immersive technologies and digital twins in logistics education, based on the adaptation of D. Kolb’s experiential learning theory. Based on an empirical study of students and experts, an analysis of global trends, the state of digitalisation in education has been assessed, and critical gaps in practical skills regarding "green" logistics and digital tools have been identified. An "Eco-Immersive Experiential Learning Model" has been developed, which integrates multisensory feedback and environmental impact visualisation, along with a typology of virtual scenarios for modelling sustainable supply chains. The results of this research may be used by higher education institutions to modernise SCM curricula, create virtual laboratories, and develop VR simulation tools to ensure the training of specialists capable of working in digital and sustainable logistics systems.; UA: Об’єктом дослідження є процес професійної підготовки фахівців з управління ланцюгами поставок. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є теоретичне обґрунтування та розроблення концептуальної моделі інтеграції технологій метавсесвіту в освіту з управління ланцюгами поставок для підвищення ефективності професійної підготовки в умовах Індустрії 4.0. У роботі систематизовано теоретико-методологічні засади використання імерсивних технологій та цифрових двійників у логістичній освіті на основі адаптації теорії емпіричного навчання Д. Колба. На основі емпіричного дослідження студентів та експертів, аналізу глобальних трендів здійснено оцінювання стану цифровізації освіти та виявлено критичні розриви у практичних навичках щодо «зеленої» логістики та володіння цифровими інструментами. Розроблено «Еко-імерсивну модель емпіричного навчання», що інтегрує мультисенсорний зворотний зв’язок та візуалізацію екологічного впливу, а також запропоновано типологію віртуальних сценаріїв для моделювання сталих ланцюгів поставок.
