P. Abstract: UA: Дисертація містить наукові основи, які дозволяють комплексно і з єдиних методологічних позицій вирішувати проблему визначення характеристик перспективних маневрових тепловозів. Розроблена концепція створення маневрових тепловозів дозволяє визначати їх характеристики, які будуть найбільш раціональними з точки зору світового технічного рівня, можливостей виробника, життєвого циклу та інших факторів. Для прогнозування характеристик розроблені імітаційні моделі, на основі яких визначені залежності показників та значення характеристик для перспективних локомотивів. Розроблений метод та моделі оцінки технічного рівня на основі системного підходу дозволяють визначати технічний рівень як маневрового тепловоза в цілому, так і його складових. Отримані залежності вартості життєвого циклу від технічного рівня маневрових тепловозів з електричною передачею. Запропонована модель системи обслуговування та ремонту для нових маневрових тепловозів.; EN: The Thesis contains the scientific bases, which allow complex and from united methodological position to solve a problem determinations of the features perspective shunter diesel locomotive. The Designed concept of the creation shunter diesel locomotives allows to define their features, which will be the most rational with standpoint world technical level, possibilities of the producer, life cycle and other factor. For forecasting of the features is designed simulation models, on base which is determined dependencies of the factors and importance of the features for perspective locomotives. The Designed method and models of the estimation technical level on base of the system approach allow to define the technical level as shunter the diesel locomotive as a whole, so and its component. Dependencies of the cost of the life cycle are received from technical level of shunter diesel locomotive with electric transmission. З цією метою в роботі розроблений комплекс моделей, що дозволяють розробити методи визначення ефективності функціонування сортувальної станції на основі її технічного рівня в умовах раціоналізації розподілу сортувальної роботи.
