З цією метою проаналізовано сутність поняття «інвестиційний проект», що дозволило визначити його ключові характеристики, зокрема детерміновані в часі інвестиційні цілі, координоване виконання численних взаємозалежних робіт, обмежена протяжність у часі і ресурсах, здійснення одноразових витрат у початковій фазі реалізації проекту. Систематизовано види інвестиційних проектів для підприємств залізничного транспорту.; EN: The article specifies that there is a need for investment in the program and an urgent need to intensify the investment activity of railway transport enterprises. To this end, the essence of the concept of an "investment project" was analyzed, which made it possible to determine its key characteristics, in particular time-determined investment objectives, coordinated implementation of numerous interrelated works, a limited length of time and resources, and one-time costs in the initial phase of the project. To improve the efficiency of managing investment projects at railway enterprises, types of investment projects are systematized according to the following features: the objectives of the investment direction, the scale of the project, the complexity, the timeframe for implementation, attitude to risk, the type of relations, place in the reproduction process. Classification of investment projects allows to develop an optimal model for attracting investments, as well as to improve the technology of justification and control over the implementation of investment projects at railway transport enterprises. 2017-01-01T00:00:00Z
