Сформульовані рекомендації щодо сприяння розвитку в студентів здатності до ефективного подолання складних життєвих ситуацій у межах навчальних курсів психологічного змісту, які викладаються у технічному ВНЗ, а також використання розробленого психолого-педагогічного інструментарію у виховній і профілактичній роботі викладачами і кураторами студентських груп.; EN: The research is devoted to the studying of the psychological peculiarities of coping by students with difficult life situations and working out the psycho-pedagogical model of assisting the development of effective ways of coping by technical high school students. The content of the coping with difficult life situations is precisely defined. The main personal coping factors are studied and systematized. The person’s coping with difficult life situations is created. The system of psycho-pedagogical measures aimed at the students’ personalities development in the direction of widening their possibilities in realization of active coping strategies is worked out. The effectiveness of this system is proved and tested. Abstract: UA: Дисертація присвячена експериментально-теоретичним дослідженням впливу пульсуючого однонаправленого струму витоку на електрокорозію бетону і розчину бетонних, залізобетонних і кам'яних конструкцій поблизу електрифікованих постійним струмом ділянок залізниць. Встановлено, що знос будівель і споруд на ділянках залізниць, електрифікованих постійним струмом, значно вищий, ніж на ділянках, електрифікованих змінним струмом, або неелектрифікованих. Виконані дослідження потенціалів на рейках, поверхні ґрунту і конструкціях будівель при проходженні поїздів з електричною тягою. Встановлено, що потенціали виникають синхронно з проходженням поїздів, їх величина і, отже, ступінь пошкодження конструкцій будівель і споруд залежать від відстані до найближчої електрифікованої колії, стану підрейкової основи, стану покриття і ґрунту між ними, наявності підвалів і заземлень. У результаті багаторічної експлуатації поверхня ґрунту поблизу залізничної колії поляризується  на узбіччі біля рейок виникає позитивний потенціал, в основі насипу – негативний. Розкритий механізм цієї поляризації.; EN: The thesis is devoted to experimentally theoretical research of influence of pulsating unidirectional leakage direct current of different voltage on an electrocorrosion of concrete of different strength and on a mortar of a concrete, reinforced concrete and stone constructions located nearby the electrified by a direct current railway sections. It is established that the wear of buildings and constructions on a railway sections, electrified by a direct current, considerably higher, than on sections, electrified by an alternating current or non-electrified. Researches of sizes of potentials on rails, on a surface of ground and constructions of buildings at passing of trains with electric traction, and also at their absence were realized. Established, that these potentials appear synchronously with passing of trains with electric traction, their sizes and, consequently, damage degree of building structures and constructions, depend on their distance to the nearest electrified track, state of coverage and soil between them, state of foundation under rails, presences of basements and earthed equipment. As a result of a long-term exploitation a surface of a soil near a railway sections, in particular, on an embankment and at its foundation, is polarized  near rails is a positive potential, at a foundation of embankment – negative. The mechanism of this polarization is disclosed. The long-term experimental researches of influence of the pulsating unidirectional direct electric field of different voltage on concretes of different composition and strength with the help of an original method and equipment were done. Theoretical notions of dissolution mechanism of a portlandite under the action of this electric field are developed. In accordance with that mechanism the investigated electric field is caused by a simultaneous dissolution all of portlandite blocks, so that the total duration of dissolution approximately equals the duration of a dissolution of a one block. The equation for the dissolution rate of the portlandite in a cement stone is deduced. Physico-chemical researches of concretes of different compositions confirmed the correctness of the theoretical notions of a mechanism of electrocorrosion of concrete. D. Abstract: UA: Дисертація репрезентує новий напрямок філософсько-культурологічних досліджень у сфері буття національних культур в умовах глобалізації. У роботі обґрунтовано зумовленість кризи сучасної культури розшаруванням колективних форм ідентифікації індивідів. Доведено, що національна визначеність індивіда складає основу його суспільної сутності, а криза національного є кризою людини. Автором здійснено концептуальний аналіз космополітизму і маргінальності. Доведено, що космополітизм заперечує національне формально, а насправді є його продовженням. Маргінальність проявляється у подвійній та одночасно неповній ідентифікації індивідом себе з національно-культурними світами, що межують між собою. З’ясовано, що національне в умовах глобалізації вимагає нової інтерпретації, доповнення його громадянським змістом. Однак, глибинним джерелом політичних націй все ж залишається етнічність. Ці висновки особливо актуальні для сучасної України, процесу її державотворення.; EN: The thesis represents a new current of the philosophical-cultural research in the sphere of national cultures’ being under globalization. In the research work conditionality of the modern culture crisis is reasoned to take place due to stratification of collective forms of indivuduals’ identification. In the study it is proved that national determinacy of the individual is a basis for its social existence, so that the crisis of the national becomes a crisis of a personality. The author carried out a conceptual analysis of cosmopolitism and marginality. It was acknowledged that cosmopolitism negates the national formally, while in reality it is its continuation. Marginality becomes apparent in the double and simultaneously partial individual's identification of his self with the national and cultural worlds, which are contiguous with each other. It was ascertained that the national under globalization needs new interpretation, its complementation with civil content. However, the principal source of political nations remains ethnicity. Essence and basic components of the integral effective motivational system of enterprise is in-process considered and analysed. The features of organization of labour on the enterprises of a build industry and their influence are analysed on forming of the motivational system of build enterprises. Investigational process of achieving motivational system in the process of introduction of motivational package and origin of effects of synergy, the concept of «expense of motivation» is entered, their structure and necessity is analysed them investment support. Found out possibility of increase of efficiency of the motivational system in the process of development of production democracy and development of the system of social partnership.
