Y. Abstract: UA: В статті досліджено характерні риси соціального підприємництва, умови його формування. Визначено, що в Україні практикується чотири підходи до ведення соціального бізнесу. Досліджено проблеми розвитку соціального підприємництва, визначено фактори негативного впливу та можливості подальшого розвитку. Визначено, що основними можливостями розвитку соціального підприємництва в Україні є відсутність закону, який би регулював соціальне підприємництво; наявність ресурсів, які не задіяні традиційним бізнесом; зацікавленість великого бізнесу в аутсорсингу; зростання лояльність споживачів до продукції соціального підприємства; підтримка міжнародних фондів і організацій. Ключовим інструментом розвитку соціального підприємництва є підтримка держави, яка повинна супроводжуватися програмами розвитку соціальних підприємств, впровадженнями системи пільгового кредитування, вироблення національної стратегії розвитку соціального підприємництва.; EN: Social entrepreneurship aimed at accelerating positive social changes, providing better life for the population, should become the main factor in the development of the entire country. In the article the characteristic features of social entrepreneurship, conditions of its formation are investigated. It is determined that four approaches to social business are practiced in Ukraine: 1) as a way of social support for certain groups of the population; 2) as a mechanism for promoting economic development, supporting entrepreneurship; 3) as an alternative to the state mechanism of solving social problems; 4) as a socially oriented business. The problems are investigated, the factors of negative influence and possibilities of further development are determined. Among the main problems of the development of social entrepreneurship is the following: lack of understanding of the nature of social entrepreneurship by the main groups of society, legislative and administrative advancement of the ideas of social entrepreneurship, problems associated with contradictions in the psychology of social entrepreneurship, and the attraction of financial resources in the first stage of entrepreneurship development. It is determined that the main opportunities for the development of social entrepreneurship in Ukraine is the lack of a law regulating social entrepreneurship; availability of resources not involved in traditional business; the interest of big business in outsourcing; growth of consumer loyalty to the products of social enterprise; support of international funds and organizations. A key tool for the development of social entrepreneurship is the support of the state, which should be accompanied by programs for the development of social enterprises, the introduction of preferential lending, and the development of a national strategy for the development of social entrepreneurship. Abstract: UA: Статтю присвячено питанням розвитку трудової міграції та дослідженню її впливу на формування сучасного ринку праці. Відзначається, що основними тенденціями сучасної трудової міграції є: зростання частки міжнародних мігрантів в загальній чисельності населення; збільшення частки жінок-мігрантів і молоді; зростання тривалості резиденції трудових мігрантів в країні-реципієнті; домінування міграції в розвинені країни. Підкреслюється, що трудова міграція має позитивні і негативні наслідки як для країни-донора, так і для країни-реципієнта. До числа позитивних моментів слід віднести: часткове вирішення питання нестачі трудових ресурсів, поповнення бюджету країни, підвищення добробуту населення. Разом з тим підкреслюється, що неконтрольована трудова міграція призводить до втрати кваліфікованих кадрів, погіршення поло-вікової структури населення, розмиття етносу, криміналізації цього явища і нелегальній торгівлі людьми. У висновку теоретичних досліджень відзначається, що характер впливу трудової міграції на ринок праці носить двоїстий характер. Посилення позитивних наслідків трудової міграції можливо тільки при активному втручанні в ці процеси держави.; EN: The article is devoted to the development of labor migration and the study of its impact on the formation of the modern labor market. It is noted that the main trends of modern labor migration are: an increase in the share of international migrants in the total population; an increase in the share of women migrants and youth in the total volume of migration; an increase in the duration of residence of labor migrants in the recipient country; dominance of migration to developed countries. Today, almost every inhabitant in the world is of foreign origin and lives in the global cities of the world. Over the past twenty years, the total number of international migrants has grown by more than 57%. The share of women in the total number of migrants is steadily approaching 50%. It is emphasized that labor migration has positive and negative consequences for both the donor country and the recipient country. The positive aspects for the donor country include: solving the problem of unemployment, improving the well-being of the population through transfers of labor migrants. Positive consequences of immigration for the recipient country: a partial solution to the problem of lack of labor resources, replenishment of the country's budget through labor of migrants, improvement of the gender and age structure of the population. At the same time, it is emphasized that uncontrolled labor migration leads to the loss of qualified personnel, a deterioration in the age and sex structure of the population, the erosion of ethnicity, the criminalization of this phenomenon and illegal human trafficking. Some countries of origin of migrants are losing the most productive part of their labor force, which can negatively affect their economic growth. The conclusion of theoretical studies notes that the nature of the impact of labor migration on the labor market is contradictory. The consequences of labor migration can be irreversible. Strengthening the positive consequences of labor migration is possible only with active intervention in these processes by the state. The development and implementation of the investment strategy of the enterprise is to form longterm goals that are related to the realization of the purpose of the enterprise (from the standpoint of society, which is determined by the market) and profit for the long term; in determining long-term priorities in the implementation of these goals, the order of their achievement and possible financial and economic consequences for the company in case of deviations from certain rates. It is proved that an effective tool for long-term management of investment activities aimed at the development of ITC facilities and the implementation of goals for general development in the face of significant changes in macroeconomic indicators, the system of state regulation of market processes, . The investment strategy can be presented as a master plan for the operation and development of investment activities within the national network of international transport corridors, which defines priorities and directions, forms, nature of investment resources and sequence of stages of long-term investment goals. . The connection in the investment strategy of the system of goals and ways to achieve them determines the limits of possible investment activity and investment decisions in the areas and forms of its investment activities in the long run. The investment strategy used in railway transport can also be described as a system of formalized criteria by which you can assess your investment opportunities, model your promising investment position and ensure its achievement. The process of developing an investment strategy in transport is the most important part of the overall system of strategic choice, the main elements of which are the mission, the overall strategic objectives of the NMMTC, as well as ways of forming and allocating resources. The list of the main tasks of the deposit policy of domestic banking institutions that need to be solved in the conditions of instability of the operating environment is given. Theoretical provisions for determining the main tasks of the deposit policy of domestic banking institutions are studied, as well as the essence of the economic category "bank deposit policy" is formulated. The importance of the introduction of modern deposit policy is substantiated not only as a basis for the existence of the banking system, but also as an opportunity to stimulate the increase of investment resources in all sectors of the economy. Emphasis is placed on the existence of certain principles of banking institutions, among which the principle of efficient use of borrowed resources is of particular importance. In accordance with this principle, borrowed funds must not only be saved, but also returned with an increase (deposit interest), which is a share of the total increase in the advance value (loan interest). Emphasis is placed on the tendency to withdraw funds from customer accounts in conditions of economic and political instability, which is a significant destabilizing factor, as a result of deteriorating quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the resource base of banks. The lack of free cash of economic entities in deposit bank accounts slows down the growth of resources of the banking system in order to further transform them into investments. The article focuses on the priority of analysis of approaches to the formation of deposit policy by commercial banks, analysis of factors of influence, identification of weaknesses and strengths of the effectiveness of deposit policy of the largest banks in Ukraine.
