It is noted that, despite the fact that the process of introducing distance learning has been going on for more than twenty years, the most advanced forms of distance learning are not used actively enough. Domestic practice demonstrates the positive results of blended learning, namely: accelerating the process of obtaining up-to-date information, increasing the efficiency of the educational process, enhancing motivation for learning, increasing selfmotivation, the ability to work in an individual (private) mode, reducing stress, reducing the cost of an educational institution, reducing student costs for print publications. It is emphasized that the objective factors in the development of blended learning are: the development of high technologies, the computerization of socio-economic processes, the rapid updating of information and the activation of information flows, the Coronovirus pandemic, the war with the Russian Federation. Головним завданням наразі стає не тільки максимальне збільшення прибутку, але й залучення клієнтів і мотивація співробітників, нейтралізація ризиків і усунення «втрачених вигод». Це пов'язано в першу чергу з тим, що сформована практика господарювання вітчизняних підприємств переважно націлена на найближчу перспективу і рішення оперативних завдань, тоді як реалізації стратегічного управлінського підходу, орієнтованого на довгострокову перспективу не приділяється належної уваги. Наслідки розвитку таких сценаріїв призводять до виявлення абсолютно нового сенсу поняття психологічного впливу (мотивації) як на глобальному, так і на локальному рівнях. Доведено, що для досягнення найкращого результату необхідно створити абсолютно нову, відмінну від уже наявних методику застосування та оцінки факторів психологічного впливу, яка грунтується на задоволенні не тільки матеріальних, а й духовних потреб співробітників і споживачів підприємства.; EN: In the context of globalization and instability of the external environment, as well as aggressive competition, one of the main issues facing modern enterprises is the use of psychological factors on employees and customers. The main task now is not only to maximize profits, but also to attract customers and motivate employees, neutralize risks and eliminate "lost benefits". This is primarily due to the fact that the established practice of domestic enterprises is mainly aimed at the near future and solving operational tasks, while the implementation of a strategic management approach focused on the long term is not given due attention. The consequences of the development of such scenarios lead to the discovery of a completely new meaning of the concept of psychological influence (motivation) both at the global and local levels. Consideration of such factors of effective development of the enterprise as psychological, religious, and military becomes relevant. Thus, there is no doubt that in order to achieve the best result, it is necessary to create a completely new method of applying and evaluating psychological impact factors, which is based on meeting not only the material, but also the spiritual needs of employees and consumers of the enterprise. In modern conditions of the development of market relations, the creation of such a methodology for the application of psychological influence factors on employees and customers, in which all the issues necessary for the successful development of the enterprise are comprehensively covered, is of particular relevance.
