Удосконалення системи аналізу та нормування витрат енергоресурсів на тягу поїздів у локомотивному депо

Abstract

UA: Ефективне управління енергоресурсами можливо тільки за наявності вичерпної інформації за всіма напрямками їх витрачання. При цьому особливо актуальним є завдання оптимізації інформаційної забезпеченості управління, тобто найбільш повне забезпечення управління інформацією при певному мінімумі витрат на здійснення інформаційних процесів.

EN: Effective energy management is possible only if there comprehensive information on all areas of their expenditure. This is particularly urgent task optimization information security management, i.e. the most comprehensive management software information at a certain minimum implementation cost information processes. Managing energy intensity of the transportation process is a complex dynamic process, the adoption of planning and management decisions in which occurs continuously as the result of processing large amounts of information. From the information point of view, the energy management system on railroad locomotives in the locomotive depot should be considered as a single object of regulation (control) with his usual combination of interrelated information.
