Abstract

UA: Авторами обґрунтовані ініціативи з метою забезпечення ефективної і гнучкої соціальної політики в умовах глобалізації: для стабілізації рівня життя населення; у контексті розвитку зайнятості; у напрямі розвитку професійного навчання на виробництві; для розвитку робочих місць; щодо збереження наявних та створення нових робочих місць; у контексті розвитку соціальної політики щодо заробітної плати; щодо розвитку соціальної політики у сфері пенсійного забезпечення; у напрямі поглиблення адресності системи державної соціальної допомоги.

EN: Initiatives are reasonable authors with the purpose of providing of effective and flexible social policy in the conditions of globalization: for stabilizing of standard of living of population; in the context of development of employment; in the direction of development of the vocational training on a production; for development of workplaces; for maintenance of present and creation of new workplaces; in the context of development of social policy in relation to a salary; for perfection of social policy in the field of the pension providing; in the direction of deepening of addresses of the system of state social help.
