| Abstract: | UA: У статті вдосконалено методику оцінки рівня інтелектуального капіталу локомотивного депо. Система показників його
оцінки доповнена двома показниками: коефіцієнтом використання робочого часу та показником якості управлінського персоналу. Це дасть змогу більш точно оцінити людський капітал
депо (один із трьох складників його інтелектуального капіталу).
Виконано розрахунки рівня інтелектуального капіталу Краснолиманського локомотивного депо за 2012–2016 рр., проаналізовано причини його зміни. EN: In the article methodology of estimation of level of intellectual capital of locomotive depot has been improved. The system of indices of its estimation has been complemented by two indices: by the coefficient of use of working hours and index of quality of management staff. It will allow to estimate the human capital of depot (one of three constituents of its intellectual capital) more faithfully. Calculations of level of intellectual capital of Krasnolyumanske locomotive depot for 2012 – 2016 have been done, reasons of its change have been analysed. |
