Theoretical training of personnel for elimination of consequences of accident with dangerous goods

Abstract

Development of technologies stipulates appearance of the new names of goods, that have high degree of danger. Accordingly, part of substances, wares and materials that own the indicated properties, in the general traffic of goods of railway transport increases constantly. The consumers of substances, wares and materials that own dangerous properties, is in a majority of industries of Ukraine that causes a necessity for practically continuous transportation of such substances a railway transport. At such terms intensification of transportations of dangerous goods increases probability of origin of emergency situations with dangerous goods.
