Теоретичні засади збалансованого розвитку підприємств залізничного транспорту

Abstract

UA: В епоху економічних, соціальних та екологічних потрясінь діяльність бізнес-суб'єктів розглядається вже не лише з позиції отримання високого прибутку та забезпечення рентабельності, але і з позиції дотримання принципів соціально та екологічно відповідального господарювання. З огляду на це набула активного поширення парадигма збалансованого розвитку соціально-економічних систем, що основується на досягненні збалансованості трьох компонентів — економічного, екологічного та соціального зростання. Зважаючи на посилення внутрішніх та зовнішніх викликів розвитку підприємств залізничного транспорту, їх належну увагу до подолання соціальних та екологічних проблем, вказано на вагомість застосування концепції збалансованого розвитку їх діяльності. Досліджено наукові підходи до розкриття змісту категорії збалансованого розвитку підприємств і на цій основі визначено його специфічні особливості та розкрито власне бачення поняття збалансованого розвитку підприємств залізничного транспорту як процесу коеволюційного розвитку підприємств галузі, що передбачає нівелювання наявних та латентних дисбалансів їх розвитку і забезпечення балансу їх економічних, соціальних та екологічних інтересів з метою досягнення стратегічних мотивів розвитку підприємств залізничного транспорту і на цій основі нарощення екстернальних ефектів зростання країни та суспільства.

EN: In the era of economic, social and environmental shocks, the activities of business entities are considered not only from the position of obtaining high profits and ensuring profitability, but also from the position of observing the principles of socially and environmentally responsible management. Taking this into account, the paradigm of balanced development of socio-economic systems, based on achieving a balance of three components — economic, environmental and social growth, has become actively spread. Despite the increasing internal and external challenges to the development of railway transport enterprises, their proper attention to overcoming social and environmental problems, the importance of applying the concept of balanced development of their activities is pointed out. Scientific approaches to the disclosure of the content of the category of sustainable development of enterprises have been studied and the following specific features have been determined on this basis. First, in general, sustainable development should be viewed from the perspective of economic growth, which ensures social stability in the country and does not disrupt the ecological balance of the environment. Secondly, the balanced development of an enterprise is such a harmonious balance and combination of elements of the business system and business processes that allows you to achieve maximum efficiency in using internal potential and external market opportunities. Third, balanced development of enterprises, as opposed to sustainable growth, has the property of constant qualitative transformations, taking into account the need to maintain a balance of the system elements. The author reveals his own vision of the concept of sustainable development of railway transport enterprises as a process of coevolution development of industry enterprises, which provides for leveling existing and latent imbalances in their development and ensuring a balance of their economic, social and environmental interests in order to achieve strategic motives for the development of railway transport enterprises and on this basis, increasing the external effects of the growth of the country and society
