| uk_UA |
dc.description.abstract | EN: The development of transport infrastructure is a process of constant and necessary to ensure the growth of economy any country. He undoubtedly entails a rise in the number of used transport and consequently an increase in the volume of transported goods. Therefore, should take into account the fact that the development of transport infrastructure entails stricter requirements for the quality of the roads. Considering the established conservative technology in road construction, this article describes the relevance of the use of new methods of construction. For this it was reviewed and analyzed ways to apply and improve the methods of soil stabilization in road construction. As in the construction sector there are a considerable number, there is a need in detailed study of each of the methods. This will allow us to understand which of these methods is the most promising for the road construction, taking into account his improvement. Therefore, the article presents an analytical review and classification of existing methods of soil improvement that are possible for use in industrial, civil and road construction. Also, this is a brief description for each of the methods: what types of soils we apply the method, and what physical and mechanical parameters we can modify by application of the method. Also given the scope of each of the methods, the main advantages and disadvantages. Based on the analysis, given the rationale and areas for conducting research on the mechanization and automation of methods of soil strengthening, which are applicable in road construction. | - |
