Дослідження залежності потрібної потужності паркової гальмової позиції від зміни уклону стрілочної зони

Abstract

UA: У статті досліджується залежність потрібної потужності паркової гальмової позиції сортувальних гірок від зміни уклону стрілочної зони. Результати досліджень дозволяють потрібну потужність гальмових позицій спускної частини прийняти у якості критерію комплексної оптимізації конструктивних параметрів сортувальної гірки.

EN: In the highly competitive market of transport services, there is a need to find new ways to improve the power efficiency of sorting process. The analysis of the current methods of technical and economic comparison of design options and the hardware rigging of sorting devices showed that the cost of car retarders makes up the largest portion of operating costs, which accompany the sorting process. The article studies the extent to which the profile of a sorting yard influences on the required power of brake positions. It was found that in contrast to the required power of brake positions of the drain part, the required power of the park brake position additionally depends on the slope of the switch zone. The results of the studies show that the dependence is very low and it varies between 1.9 - 5.8%.
