Логістичні системи залізничного транспорту в умовах глобалізації

Abstract

UA: У роботі розглянуто теоретико-методологічні підходи до логістичного забезпечення залізничного транспорту в умовах глобалізації, що передбачає розроблення стратегії і тактики створення стійких логістичних систем. Проаналізовано причини неефективності роботи залізничного транспорту. Особливу увагу привернуто до трактування сутності логістичної системи, що ґрунтується на базових принципах функціонування та розвитку логістичних систем у світовому господарстві. Звернено увагу на процес формування логістичних технологій організації транспортного процесу залізниць України, який має мати комплексний характер і сприяти процесам реформування, враховувати інтереси усіх учасників перевізного процесу, бути спрямованим на ресурсозберігаючі технології під час використання обмежених ресурсів (рухомого складу, вантажних механізмів), на покращення кількісних і якісних показників експлуатаційної роботи.

EN: The issue of increasing the competitiveness of the transport and logistics complex requires a detailed analysis of the problems and possible prospects for development. The paper considers theoretical and methodological approaches to logistics railway transport in the conditions of globalization, which involves the development of strategies and tactics to create sustainable logistics systems. Analyzed reasons of inefficiency of railway transport. The inefficiency of the railways today is due to insufficient study of the problems of management efficiency and quality of transport production. Today, the development of the global transportation system, is based on global logistics, looking for new opportunities for the formation of her goals. Special attention is drawn to the interpretation of the essence of the logistics system as one of the main concepts in logistics, based on the basic principles of functioning and development of logistics systems in the world economy. Logistics system of rail transport is the combination of the interconnected subsystems and elements that support the functioning of the interregional economic relations, the formation of which is aimed at achieving system-wide objectives through the management of material flows and related financial, service and information flow throughout the railway system of the country.
