Abstract

UA: У статті визначено поняття цифрового управління та сучасних тенденцій SMARTменеджменту Причорноморського регіону. Проаналізовано головні вектори цифрового економічного розвитку, впровадження сучасних тенденцій SMART-менеджменту у провідних країнах світу. Запропоновано нові шляхи державного розвитку та стимулювання політики електронного урядування Причорноморського регіону в просторі світової та європейської інтеграції на прикладі провідних держав світу.

EN: The article defines the concept of digital control and current trends SMART-management of the Black Sea region in the space of world and European integration. The main vectors of digital economic development, implementation of modern trends SMART-management in the leading countries of the world. It is substantiated that the potential of the Black Sea region is a set of natural, social, economic, cultural networks that should become human capital of world importance. The article proposes new ways of state development and stimulation of e-government policy of the Black Sea region in the space of world and European integration on the example of the world’s leading states. It is determined that for the development of digital strengthening policy the Black Sea region needs the development of the latest innovations, constant cooperation with the world’s leading countries, maximum use of its own capabilities and the formation of its own flexible modern model of e-government.
