Особливості механізму регулювання розвитку сфери послуг України в умовах глобалізації

Abstract

UA: У статті розкрито сутність дії механізму регулювання розвитку сфери послуг як систему практичних форм, методів та інструментів, що формують економічні відносини, які виникають у результаті впливу суб’єктів на об’єкти регулювання, та спрямовані на досягнення сталості і стійкості розвитку. Кожен з елементів повною мірою охарактеризований. Достатньо уваги приділено формам, методам та інструментам регулювання, виявлені серед них найбільш впливові. Визначено, що в умовах кризи національної економіки, глобалізаційних викликів першочерговою функцією держави стає стимулювання господарської діяльності. Наслідком таких заходів має стати скорочення соціальної напруги у суспільстві. На підґрунті розробленого механізму можливо проводити виважену державну політику у сфері регулювання послуг.

EN: The article is devoted to the investigation of the services sphere development regulation mechanism essence, of its construction peculiarities in the national economy. With the help of statistical analysis methods the necessity of government intervention in the functioning of services sphere and directions of such intervention are substantiated. The article reveals the essence of the services sphere development regulation mechanism as a system of practical forms, methods and tools that shape economic relations arising from the impact of regulation subjects to objects, and directed to the sustainability achievement. Each of the elements is completely characterized. Enough attention is paid to the forms, methods and tools of regulation, the most influential are bring out among them. It has been determined that in a crisis of national economy, globalization challenges the primary function of the state is to stimulate economic activity.
