Аналіз технічного стану внутрішнього обладнання пасажирських вагонів

Abstract

UA: Робота вагонних дільниць, призначенням яких є саме якісна підготовка поїздів у рейс, повинна базуватися на науковому підґрунті, спиратися на реальну інформацію щодо рівня надійності елементів внутрішнього обладнання та систем життєзабезпечення. Це дозволить планувати ремонтновідновлювальні роботи під час технічного обслуговування та визначати необхідну кількість запасних частин та обладнання для відновлення працездатності під час підготовки вагону до рейсу. Отримані результати дослідження у подальшому будуть використані для оптимізації системи ремонту та підготовки в рейс пасажирських вагонів, визначення раціональних строків проведення технічного обслуговування та трудомісткості ремонтних робіт.

EN: The article analyzes the state of the fleet of passenger cars of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" and shows that they have almost exhausted their resource. Significant wear and tear of the passenger train, non-compliance of its technical and economic characteristics with modern requirements and deterioration of the infrastructure further exacerbate the problems of the industry. Renewal of the fleet of passenger cars is possible both through the acquisition of new models, and through the modernization of cars that have exhausted their resource. Both options require significant capital investments with a mandatory feasibility study for choosing the best option. During choosing a model of a new type of passenger car, it is necessary to take into account the capabilities of not only domestic, but also foreign manufacturers. It is substantiated that today the consumer is interested not only in the price of a new car, but also in the costs of its operation and maintenance in a technically sound condition during the life cycle. Therefore, the choice should be based on the criterion of minimizing the cost of the life cycle of a passenger car.
