Перспективи впровадження централізованих систем змащення на маневрових тепловозах промислового транспорту

Abstract

UA: У статті розглянуто необхідність та перспективи запровадження автоматичних централізованих систем змащення на маневрових тепловозах, що працюють на підприємствах промислового транспорту. Проведено оцінку можливої конструкції таких систем з урахуванням особливостей конструкції окремих серій тепловозів і розроблено рекомендації щодо застосування таких систем на тепловозах промислового транспорту. Наведено результати попередньої оцінки економічного ефекту та терміну окупності комплексу автоматичних систем змащення для тепловозів ЧМЕ3 та ТЕМ2.

EN: The article discussed the need and prospects of the automatic central lubrication systems to shunted locomotives operating in the industrial enterprises of transport. The analysis of the advantages of automatic central lubrication systems in comparison with the existing approach of manual lubrication friction pairs. The evaluation of the possible design of such systems, taking into account design features separate series locomotives and recommendations for use of such systems for industrial locomotives transport. The results of the preliminary assessment of the economic effects and the payback period of the complex automatic lubrication systems for diesel locomotives CHME3 and TEM2 and determined the feasibility of a pilot operation of locomotives equipped with such systems in order to clarify the effect of increasing the economic resources of friction pairs.
