Раціоналізація ефективності використання перевантажувальних засобів на контейнерних терміналах вантажних станцій

Abstract

UA: Після виконання заходів по приведенню технічного оснащення контейнерних терміналів до належного рівня нагальною проблемою стає організація оптимального управління перевантажувальними процесами. Цією проблемою займались як вітчизняні так і зарубіжні вчені, але в сучасних умовах з‘являється ряд вимог, які змінюють підходи до розв‘язання даної проблеми, особливо в умовах обмежених ресурсів на використання палива та електроенергії.

EN: In Ukraine, more than 60 % of freight stations operate with containers, including about 50 % of medium-tonnage and more than 10 % of medium-and large-capacity ones. The processing of thirty-foot containers virtually all concentrates on the LSSCT, which uses new technical means. A third of the freight stations is equipped with small container platforms, where work is carried out by truck cranes, but 20 % of them are practically unsuitable for operation. More than 25 % of the transshipment facilities of different types at the freight stations requires major repairs (with almost complete restoration), and 15 % is subject to write-offs.
