At the end of the XX – beginning of the XXI centuries a number of researchers both from China and several European and American countries explicitly proclaimed a program in philosophy of engineering. Engineering means creating new material objects, and it enjoys significant differences from the concepts of science and technology. So, questions of whether and how human beings can produce things are the main questions in philosophy of engineering. |
