Теоретико-методологічні аспекти забезпечення збалансованого розвитку підприємств залізничного транспорту в умовах цифровізації

Abstract

UA: Дисертація присвячена розробленню теоретико-методологічних засад, методичних підходів і практичних рекомендацій щодо забезпечення збалансованого розвитку підприємств залізничного транспорту в умовах реалізації цифрових змін у галузі на основі застосування цифрового інструментарію трансформації бізнесмоделі і модернізації послуг, бізнес-процесів і компетенцій персоналу підприємств залізничного транспорту. Ідентифіковано дисбаланси функціонування підприємств галузі і розроблено когерентний підхід до забезпечення розвитку підприємств залізничного транспорту в умовах цифровізації. Уточнено теоретичні положення та сформовано концепцію забезпечення збалансованого розвитку підприємств залізничного транспорту в умовах реалізації цифрових перетворень у галузі. Розроблено систему сценаріїв забезпечення збалансованого зростання підприємств залізничного транспорту як інструментарію цифрової модернізації інноваційнотехнологічного, інвестиційного, сервісно-комунікаційного та інтелектуальнокадрового забезпечення їхнього збалансованого зростання.

EN: The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological foundations, methodological approaches and practical recommendations for ensuring a balanced development of railway transport enterprises in the context of implementing digital changes in the industry based on the use of digital tools for transforming the business model and modernizing services, business processes and competencies of railway transport personnel. Based on a thorough analysis of the activities of domestic railway transport enterprises, imbalances in the development of industry enterprises are identified and a coherent approach to ensuring the growth of railway transport enterprises in the context of digitalization is developed. The latter is based on the multiplicative properties of digitalization, implemented through the integration of an augmented real and virtual business environment for the development of industry enterprises and the use of digital tools for transforming their business model and modernizing services, business processes and personnel competencies. The theoretical provisions of balanced development of railway transport enterprises have been improved by clarifying the content of this scientific category and expanding the classification of directions for balanced growth of railway industry enterprises by adding the following features: the scale of changes; the nature of changes; the degree of penetration of digital technologies into the activities of railway transport enterprises. The concept of ensuring the balanced development of railway transport enterprises in the context of the implementation of digital transformations in the industry is formed, which provides for polycriterial consistency of the goals of sustainable growth of industry enterprises, first, within the framework of an augmented real and virtual environment in accordance with the economic, environmental and social motives for the development of railway transport enterprises, and, secondly, in the directions of ensuring their balanced growth in the context of the implementation of digital transformations in the industry. A system of scenarios for ensuring balanced growth of railway transport enterprises has been developed as a tool for digital modernization of innovation, technology, investment, service, communication and intellectual and personnel support for their balanced growth.
