Розроблення інструментарію проактивно-інноваційного управління промисловими підприємствами в умовах цифровізації

Abstract

UA: На основі дослідження сучасного стану вітчизняних промислових підприємств встановлено, що незважаючи на потужний промисловий потенціал України відсутність стратегічного бачення розвитку промисловості та реалізації стратегічно значущих для даного сектору реформ призвело до поступової деградації промисловості і втрати потужного сектору економіки. З’ясовано, що різке скорочення обсягів виробництва та експорту продукції промисловості, зокрема машинобудівного сектору, є результатом реалізації протягом багатьох років політики деіндустріалізації економіки, декларативного характеру реалізації стратегічних та програмних ініціатив розвитку даного сектору, високу фізичну та моральну зношеність інфраструктури і обладнання, використання застарілих технологій, низького рівня накопичення основного капіталу, відтоку інтелектуальних ресурсів і низької конкурентоспроможності вітчизняної промислової продукції на світовому ринку.

EN: Based on the study of the current state and trends in the development of domestic industrial enterprises, it is established that despite the strong industrial potential of Ukraine, the lack of a strategic vision for the development of industry and the implementation of strategically important reforms for this sector led to a gradual degradation of industry and the loss of a powerful sector of the economy. It was found out that the sharp reduction in the production and export of industrial products, in particular the machine-building sector, is the result of the implementation for many years of the policy of deindustrialization of the economy, the declarative nature of the implementation of strategic and program initiatives for the development of this sector, high physical and moral deterioration of infrastructure and equipment, the use of outdated technologies, low level of accumulation of fixed capital, the outflow of intellectual resources and low competitiveness of domestic industrial products on the world market. It is proved that due to the exponential nature of changes in innovative trends in industrial development, acceleration of robotization and digitalization of industrial enterprises 'activities, there is a need to review effective tools for managing their enterprises' activities and ensuring sustainable growth, with an emphasis not only on timely adaptation to internal and external changes, but also on predicting such transformations and anticipating possible challenges and threats.
