Напрями та інструменти забезпечення конкурентоспроможності залізничного транспорту і підвищення рентабельності його роботи

Abstract

UA: Встановлено, що на тлі фрагментації світової економіки та порушенням глобальних ланцюгів створення вартості додатковим випробуванням для вітчизняних суб’єктів господарювання стало загострення міждержавного конфлікту та активізація бойових дій у країні. Виявлено стале погіршення обсягових та якісних показників роботи залізничного транспорту і послаблення його конкурентних позицій на ринку транспортно-логістичних послуг. Досліджено особливості роботи залізничного транспорту в умовах ведення бойових дій і встановлено розширення кола завдань АТ «Укрзалізниця», пов’язаних із забезпеченням національної безпеки. Проаналізовано усталені проблеми функціонування залізничного транспорту. Досліджено пропозиції науковців щодо підвищення конкурентоспроможності залізничного транспорту. Доведено, що в умовах посилення нестабільності зовнішнього середовища та поглиблення соціально-економічної кризи в країні саме міжгалузеве інноваційне партнерство за участю залізничного транспорту слід розглядати як дієвий інструмент забезпечення його конкурентоспроможності. Відзначено доцільність створення інноваційно-технологічного парку, діяльність якого буде спрямована на генерування інноваційних ідей і розроблення інноваційної продукції. Вказано на значний потенціал формування безшовної транспортно-логістичної системи та надання інтегрованої транспортної послуги завдяки впровадженню цифрових рішень у залізничній галузі.

EN: It is established that against the background of the fragmentation of the world economy and the violation of global value chains, an additional test for domestic business entities was the aggravation of the interstate conflict and the intensification of hostilities in the country. A steady deterioration in the volume and quality performance of railway transport and a weakening of its competitive position in the market of transport and logistics services were revealed. The article examines the peculiarities of the operation of railway transport in the conditions of combat operations and establishes the expansion of the range of tasks of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” related to ensuring national security. Well-established problems of functioning of railway transport are analyzed. The article examines the proposals of scientists to improve the competitiveness of railway transport. It is proved that in the conditions of increasing instability of the external environment and deepening of the socioeconomic crisis in the country, it is the intersectoral innovation partnership with the participation of railway transport that should be considered as an effective tool for ensuring its competitiveness. The expediency of creating an innovation and Technological Park, whose activities will be aimed at generating innovative ideas and developing innovative products, is noted. The significant potential of forming a seamless transport and logistics system and providing integrated transport services through the introduction of digital solutions in the railway industry is indicated. It is noted that the formation of a digital platform for cargo transportation management will contribute to the effective digital interaction of the railway company with cargo owners, private car companies, as well as, in the case of digital modernization of railway infrastructure and rolling stock facilities, will allow obtaining information about their condition and location in real time, which, in turn, will help to increase the transparency and predictability of transport services for consumers, optimize costs and increase the profitability of both the railway company and its customers.
