Фінансовий ризик-менеджмент на транспорті

Abstract

UA: В сучасних реаліях проблема класифікації, оцінки і обліку ризиків має істотне теоретичне і прикладне значення як важлива складова частина теорії і практики фінансового ризик-менеджменту на транспорті. Як показує досвід, управління ризиками здатне запобігати кризовим явищам, зменшити їх негативні наслідки, оздоровити фінансовий стан підприємств, підвищити їх конкурентоспроможність. Комплексний розгляд і докладна класифікація видів ризиків допоможе в побудові оптимальної системи фінансового ризик-менеджменту. Встановлено, що фінансові ризики мають різні джерела виникнення. Фінансові втрати за ними можуть бути пов’язані з факторами зовнішнього та внутрішнього характеру. Такі фінансові ризики можуть призводити до значних фінансових втрат і загрожувати фінансовій безпеці підприємства.

EN: At the present stage of development of transport Ukraine problem of classification, valuation and risk of transport enterprises has significant theoretical and practical value as an important component of the theory and transport companies risk management practices. Experience has shown that risk management is able to prevent crises, to reduce their negative effects, improve the economy of enterprises, enhance their competitiveness. A comprehensive review and detailed classification of the types of risks will help in building an optimal risk management systems for transport. The purpose of the article is to analyze the status of risk management in transport enterprises of Ukraine. Financial risks which can accompany business activity of enterprise are determined. The most dangerous financial risks of enterprise are risks of reducing financial stability, insolvency and investment risk. These financial risks may result in substantial financial losses and threaten of financial security of enterprise. Meanwhile, in business activity of enterprise may have interest percentage, deposit, credit, currency, price, inflation, innovation and other risks. Financial risks have different sources of appearance, meaning they may be caused by external and internal factors of influence. Systematic financial risks arise from unfavorable fluctuations of conjuncture of different types of financial market. Appearance of nonsystematic financial risks associated with the inefficiency of activity of enterprise. The risk management system in transport companies indicates the need to develop an effective mechanism that would help in the current circumstances, challenges and modern requirements to achieve better results and avoid serious problems and situations. There is an objective need to build a risk management and internal control system through enhanced procurement monitoring, implementation of tender policy, management of contracts and the policy of selection with verification of business partners at all stages of fundraising.
