Анализ состояния банковской системы Украины в современных условиях

Abstract

RU: В современных условиях рыночные отношения отличаются все более жесткой конкуренцией, причем это касается не только промышленных или торговых предприятий, но и сферы, которая обеспечивает финансами реальный сектор экономики – бакновской сферы. На сегодняшний день банки Украины вынуждены действовать в условиях повышенной неопределенности внешней среды, что делает достаточно сложным процесс идентификации, оценки и нейтрализации рисков. В последние годы ситуация на финансовом рынке Украины постоянно меняется, что отображается в кризисных явлениях всей экономической системы страны. Это связано с тем, что финансовая сфера так или иначе пересекается не только со всеми отраслями народного хозяйства Украины, но также с банковской системой других стран. В этой связи не вызывает сомнений тот факт, что особое внимание необходимо уделять изучению и анализу функционирования банковской системы Украины, а также методам ее совершенствования. В статье рассмотрены основные тенденции развития банковской системы Украины, проанализировано ее состояние и даны рекомендации по преодолению кризисных явлений. To date, the banks of Ukraine are forced to act in conditions of increased uncertainty of the external environment, which makes the process of identification, assessment and neutralization of risks quite complicated. In recent years, the situation in the financial market of Ukraine is constantly changing, which is reflected in the crisis of the entire economic system of Ukraine. This is due to the fact that the financial sector somehow intersects not only with all sectors of the economy of Ukraine, but also with the banking system of other countries. Moreover, the crisis phenomena in the banking sector are evidenced by the following indicators: liquidation and bankruptcy of banks; unprofitable activity of banks; reduction of the total share of liabilities; deterioration of the quality of Bank loan portfolios; negative dynamics of the capital of the banking system; devaluation of the hryvnia; decrease in incomes of the population; closure of branches in the war zone and Crimea; problems with doing business with Russia, etc.
