Основні виклики та напрями роботи логістичного фронту

Abstract

UA: Статтю присвячено основним викликам логістичного сектору в Україні в умовах війни. Основними логістичними викликами сьогодення стали: паливна криза, проблеми воєнної логістики, проблеми з транспортування зерна, проблеми прикордонних пунктів перетину кордонів, проблеми з бюрократичним апаратом та відсутністю стратегії розвитку, отримання статусу кандидата в члени Європейського Союзу, нестабільна економічна ситуація, забезпечення ефективності процесів та сервісу на достатньому рівні. Визначено комплекс заходів щодо підвищення ефективності логістичної діяльності, а саме: реорганізація системи зберігання, релокація бізнесу, передбачення ризиків, побудова та оптимізація нових маршрутів.

EN: Military aggression against Ukraine has become a challenge for business. Difficulties with cargo transportation prompted immediate transformation and optimization of business processes. One of the key challenges that Ukrainian companies had to face was the reformatting of logistics. Logistics during the war faced such problems as: the danger of using transport, the risk of losing goods during storage, the need to rebuild routes directly during the movement. There are only two ways left - to optimize processes and adapt. In the current conditions, decisions must be made quickly, efficiently, and the situation is changing every minute. Logistics is a dynamic industry that requires experienced management for effective work. Refusal to store and accumulate. In wartime, it is dangerous to keep goods in warehouses for a long time - in case of an attack, they can be lost.
