Досвід еволюції транспортної політики Європейського Союзу як напрямок для стратегічного планування транспортної галузі України

Abstract

UA: Стаття присвячена аналізу досвіду Європейського союзу в будуванні дієвої стратегії транспортної інфраструктури. Нова транспортна політика Європейського Союзу ставить далекосяжні цілі. Вона зосереджена на співпраці між видами транспорту та розвитку сучасних технологічних рішень. Досвід та провідні рішення можуть бути добрим підґрунтям для будови нових реформ в нашій державі на шляху до Євроінтеграції.

EN: The article analyzes the experience of the European Union in building an effective transport infrastructure strategy. The new transport policy of the European Union sets farreaching goals. It focuses on cooperation between transport modes and the development of modern technological solutions. A well-developed economic infrastructure is an important determinant of economic growth and sustainable development of regions. One of its main components is transportation infrastructure. Many years preceding Ukraine's political and economic transformation were characterized by a steady level of investment spending. The principles of financing infrastructure investments applied at that time did not guarantee sufficient funds for the construction of new infrastructure facilities and the maintenance and repair of existing facilities.
