Реалізація стратегій диверсифікованого зростання бізнесу в контексті впровадження технологій Індустрії 4.0

Abstract

UA: У статті досліджено вплив технологій Індустрії 4.0 на реалізацію стратегій диверсифікованого зростання бізнесу. Встановлено, що технології на основі Індустрії 4.0 сприятимуть реалізації кожної зі стратегій диверсифікованого зростання, оскільки можуть бути імплементовані з метою оптимізації всіх ключових процесів, пов'язаних з розробкою і запуском нового продукту, як на вже відомому, так і на незнайомому ринках.

EN: The article examinesthe influence of technologies of Industry 4.0 on the implementation of strategiesfor diversified business growth. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were solved: a study of scientific literature was carried out in order to outline the main types of diversified strategies and ways of their application in the context of Industry 4.0; the richness of the terminological component, continuous improvement of the conceptual apparatus, technologies and tools of Industry 4.0 have been established; the direct connection between Industry 4.0 and strategic business and its planning has been proven; illustrated approaches to implementation of diversified growth strategies (concentric, horizontal, diversification of conglomerates) using a portfolio of technologies related to Industry 4.0; it is substantiated that technologies based on Industry 4.0 will contribute to the implementation of each of these diversified growth strategies, as they can be implemented in order to optimize all key processes associated with the development and launch of a newproduct, both in already known and unfamiliar markets.
