Методичні основи оцінювання рівня ресурсного потенціалу підприємств залізничного транспорту

Abstract

UA: В статті проаналізовано підходи до оцінювання рівня ресурсного потенціалу підприємств та встановлено існування витратного, ресурсного, результативного і комплексного підходів до оцінювання. Охарактеризовано ключові особливості ресурсного потенціалу підприємств залізничного транспорту. На цій основі запропоновано методику оцінювання рівня ресурсного потенціалу підприємств залізничної галузі, яка ґрунтується на розрахунку інтегрального показника, що враховує існуючий рівень розвитку таких його складових, як матеріальна, техніко-технологічна, кадрова, фінансово-інвестиційна, інноваційна, інформаційна, організаційно-управлінська, екологічна та соціальна. Розкрито етапи проведення оцінювання та визначено систему часткових показників, що ляжуть в основу розрахунку рівня кожної складової ресурсного потенціалу підприємств залізничного транспорту.

To develop an effective recovery strategy, railway companies must first of all comprehensively assess their own resource capabilities and determine their ability to implement railway development projects. The article analyses the existing approaches to assessing the level of resource potential of enterprises and establishes the existence of cost, resource, performance and integrated approaches to assessment. The key features of the resource potential of railway transport enterprises are characterized. On this basis, a methodology for assessing the level of resource potential of railway enterprises has been proposed, based on the calculation of an integral indicator that takes into account the existing level of development of such components as material, technical and technological, personnel, financial and investment, innovation, information, organizational and managerial, environmental and social.
