Перспективи розвитку інфраструктури залізниць: першочергові завдання та шляхи їх вирішення

UA: Сучасна транспортна система повинна відповідати вимогам для задоволення потреби населення у мобільності. Транспортне обслуговування залізничним транспортом має органічно вписуватися у життя міста та інтегрувати з іншими видами послуг. Стаття присвячена питанням забезпечення ефективно розвитку вокзальних комплексів в межах великих міст. Зазначено, що створення сучасного вокзалу як багатофункціонального транспортно-пересадочного вузла є досить складним завданням. Наведено заходи спрямовані на розробку основних принципів формування об'ємно-просторового середовища в районі залізничних вокзальних комплексів. Відзначено, що реалізація зазначених пріоритетів сприятиме закладенню основи для гармонійної трансформації вокзального комплексу до складу інтермодального транспортно-пересадочного вузла.

EN: The exceptional position of station complexes in the urban environment is determined based on the specifics of their work and location. Remaining objects of railway transport infrastructure, they are also objects of the planning structure of the city, which sometimes represent historical and cultural value. Creating a modern train station as a multi-functional transportation hub is not an easy task. From all the variety of set goals, it is necessary to highlight the primary ones, the achievement of which will serve as the foundation, the basis for further modernization of the industry. It is important to note that the implementation of these priorities already at the first stages will contribute to laying the foundation for the harmonious transformation of the station complex into an intermodal transport and transfer hub. In the social and economic development of society, railway passenger transport, providing economic and cultural exchange between different regions and countries, satisfying the demand for movement for industrial and personal needs occupies a special place. Despite the decrease in the volume of rail transport, the role of rail transport remains significant in long-distance passenger transport in long-distance trains. Station complexes, like other objects of the multi-industry railway industry, are developing today in new socio-economic circumstances (competition in transport markets, new technologies of transportation and management), and this gives the research of economic aspects of the development of the passenger complex a priority role.
