Abstract

UA: У статті досліджено основні проблеми низького рівня техніко-технологічного оновлення підприємств залізничного транспорту, визначено основні джерела фінансування процесу оновлення, необхідні обсяги інвестування. Розкрито основні напрямки посилення державної підтримки техніко-технологічного оновлення підприємств. Ключовим інструментом державного стимулювання техніко-технологічного оновлення запропоновано застосування регресійного оподаткування.

EN: In article the main problems of low level of technical and technological updating of the entities of a rail transport are researched, the main sources of financing of process of updating, necessary amounts of investment are determined. It is opened the main directions of strengthening of the state support of technical and technological updating of the entities. The key instrument of the state stimulation of technical and technological updating application of the regression taxation is offered.
