Підсилення водопропускної труби з застосуванням складу ЗС–3

Abstract

UA: В статті розглянуті питання зміцнення водопропускної труби, яка знаходиться під високим насипом на Південній залізниці. Для цього зроблений аналіз існуючих підходів для вирішення даного питання і експертним методом було визначено, що найбільш ефективним буде зміцнення типу труба в трубі. Для цього виду зміцнення пропонується відповідна методика.

EN: Questions connected with strengthening of the culvert are rewieved in this article. An analysis of existing approaches is made. This analysis will help to solve this issue. An expert method found out that the best and effective solution will be the strengthening of a construction. For this type of strengthening we recommend a suitable way. Under the conditions of inadequate funding infrastructure of railways of Ukraine raises the question of preservation artificial structures with limited resources to ix replacement and repair. Exchange of artificial structures needs a lot of resources both material and human. Very often it leads trains to stop. The technology that was proposed will allow to repair artificial structures without using a lot of resources. Movement of trains on the section during repair will not be stopped. The estimated cost of the repair compared with replacement of pipes is several times lower. It will be possible to use a renovated pipe without replacement for more than ten years. In strengthening pipe domestic metal materials and ZS-3 compounds are used. ZS-3 was developed at the Department BMKS of Ukrainian State University of Railway Transport. This compound has qualities that allow it to be fixed well on wet surface. It recommended itself very good while repairing artificial structures.
