Визначення факторів, що впливають на надійність роботи гальмової важільної передачі візків вантажних вагонів

Abstract

UA: У статті наведено результати досліджень, які дозволяють вирішити проблему сповільнення ненормативного зносу гальмових колодок вантажних вагонів АТ «Укрзалізниця». У результаті досліджень розроблено квазідинамічні моделі процесів гальмування й виконана оцінка відповідних конструктивних рішень щодо поліпшення роботи гальмової системи вантажних вагонів. На підставі проведених досліджень вирішено створити експериментальну серію модернізованих розпірок тріангелів гальмових важільних передач в умовах вагоноремонтного підприємства. Для проведення розширених дослідних випробовувань на мережі АТ «Укрзалізниця» запропоновано модернізовані тріангелі встановити на трьохелементні візки вантажних вагонів.

EN: The article deals with the materials of the cycle of scientific theoretical researches, which unite the search for ways of solving the problem of slowing down the non-normative wear of the brake pads of freight cars of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia". Based on the analysis of data on the economic costs associated with the replacement of worn pads of wagons, during repairs to the depot, it is determined that the main causes of abnormal wear of the pads are the structural disadvantages of the brake levers of the three-element carts of freight wagons, which lead to increased partial damage. The working surfaces of the pads, which takes place in many mechanical brake systems (up to 90 %) of freight cars of the operational park, both JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" and private enterprises where there is a private park freight wagon. Experimental filming and the use of computational models of brake processes have identified "weaknesses" in brake levers. It is recognized that the work of one brake of triangel and the other differs because that they are structurally suspended in the frame of the trolley in different ways. It is determined that the attraction of one triangle of brake rigging differs from other in that they are suspended in the frame of the wagon differently. Moreover, these features are essential for the triangel, which is suspended by two rod-hinged devices. Therefore, in research has paid special attention to this.
