Дослідження сучасних методів оптімізації витрат у логістічному ланцюгу

Abstract

UA: У статті детально розібрано процес оптимізації витрат, а саме, пошук резервів на виробництві та в логістиці, де шукати потенціал: у чому зайві витрати, як реалізувати потенціал, які інструменти використовувати, приклади оптимізації витрат: персонал, обладнання, загальні витрати. Доведено, що на кожному підприємстві процес оптимізації витрат у логістичних ланцюгах залежить від постановки задачі. Важливо при цьому відрізняти концептуальні поняття «оптимізація витрат» і «мінімізація витрат». У роботі досліджено принцип розрахунку тривалості виробничих операцій, підходи до визначення структури робочого часу, методика часу замовлення і структури робот, методики отримання даних більше. Доведено, що у процесі оптимізації функціонування компанії середній менеджмент повинен приймати участь. Проаналізовано практику концепції Кайдзен у різних формах і німецьких, і американських, і японських, що вказало на складність задачі залучення персоналу до оптимізації, навчання оперативного персоналу правильно подавати пропозиції для оптимізації.

EN: The article describes in detail the process of cost optimization, namely, the search for reserves in production and logistics and where to look for potential: what is the extra cost, how to realize the potential, which tools to use, examples of cost optimization: staff, equipment, total costs. It has been reported that on the skin process, the optimization processes for logistic lancers should lie down in the statement of the problem. It’s important, when I take into account the conceptual understanding of “optimizing vitrat” and “minimizing vitrat”. The robot has achieved the principle of tearing off triviality of virological operations, approach the design of the structure of the working hour, the technique of replacing the hour and the structure of the robot, and the methods of recognizing more. It has been informed that the process of optimizing the functions of the company mid management is guilty of taking part. The practice of kaizen concepts in various forms, namely, American, Japanese, Japanese, was analyzed, which revealed the complexity of the tasks that the staff had to optimize, starting the operating staff to properly submit the propositions for optimization.
