Концепція впровадження цифрового реінжинірингу в діяльність промислових підприємств

Abstract

UA: В статті проведено аналіз тенденцій розвитку підприємств промислового комплексу України та охарактеризовано ключові причини невідповідності стану їх функціонування світовим трендам цифровізації. Доведено, що значно мірою відсталість підприємств промисловості в технологічному аспектів зумовлена втратою їх адаптаційних здатностей швидко реагувати на потреби ринку. Ключовим інструментом трансформації підприємств промисловості України відповідно до сучасних імператив розвитку світової економіки визначено цифровий реінжиніринг. Розкрито зміст реінжинірингу з точки зору реалізації радикальних перетворень в діючій на підприємстві моделі організації за рахунок оптимізації та формалізації бізнес-процесів, що досягаються шляхом впровадження інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій та інструментів з метою створення умов для підвищення узгодженості та ефективності управлінських дій в процесі його інноваційної перебудови. Визначено, що в його основі знаходяться технологічні інновацій та інформаційно-комунікацій інструменти підтримки зв’язків, що забезпечують формування інтегрованого середовища управління процесом створення і виробництва продукції. Охарактеризовано технологічний, організаційний та економічний аспекти реінжинірингу, проаналізовано його основні види.

EN: The article analyzes the development trends of industrial enterprises in Ukraine and describes the key reasons for the discrepancy between the state of their functioning and global trends in digitalization. It is proved that to a large extent the backwardness of industrial enterprises in technological aspects is due to the loss of their adaptive abilities to quickly respond to market needs. Digital reengineering is defined as a key tool for the transformation of industrial enterprises in Ukraine in accordance with the modern imperative for the development of the global economy. The article reveals the content of reengineering from the point of view of implementing radical transformations in the current enterprise model of organization by optimizing and formalizing business processes achieved by introducing information and communication technologies and tools in order to create conditions for improving the consistency and efficiency of management actions in the process of its innovative restructuring. It is determined that it is based on technological innovations and information and communication tools for maintaining connections that ensure the formation of an integrated management environment for the process of creating and producing products. The technological, organizational and economic aspects of reengineering are described, and its main types are analyzed. The advantages and opportunities of digital reengineering in the field of implementing innovative transformations in the activities of industrial enterprises are revealed.
