| Abstract: | UA: У статті розглянуто сутність мотивації персоналу та обґрунтовано необхідність її покращення. Проаналізовано стан
мотиваційної системи на підприємствах залізничного транспорту України, виділені проблемні ділянки та запропоновані
напрямки по її зміцненню. На основі проведеного аналізу автором пропонується включити до методів матеріальної мотивації
виплату премії за підвищення рівня економічної безпеки. EN: The article considers the essence of staff motivation and substantiates the necessity to improve it. It analyzes the state of the motivational system for railway transport of Ukraine, allocates the problem areas and proposes directions within its strengthening. Based on the analysis, the author proposed to include the payment premiums on raising the level of economic security to the methods of financial motivation. |
