Передумови зниження експлуатаційних витрат на обслуговування пристроїв інфраструктури залізниць за рахунок впровадження сучасних методів їх діагностування

Abstract

UA: У статті розглянуто методи діагностування пристроїв інфраструктури, зокрема пристроїв тягового електропостачання, на сучасних залізницях світу. Розглянуто можливості наявних систем діагностування, проведено аналіз їх можливого застосування на залізницях України. Визначено вплив впровадження сучасних методів обслуговування інфраструктури залізниць на якість організації перевізного процесу та зниження експлуатаційних витрат на обслуговування пристроїв тягового електропостачання. Розкрито напрями першочергового капіталовкладення в розбудову системи діагностування пристроїв інфраструктури задля підвищення якості послуг з перевезення вантажів в умовах розбудови транснаціональних коридорів та перевезення пасажирів в умовах впровадження прискореного руху з подальшим переходом до швидкісного руху.

EN: The introduction of accelerated traffic on the railways of Ukraine with the further prospect of development of highspeed traffic requires increasing the operational characteristics of all components of the transport process (control of the mode of movement, movement of rolling stock, condition of infrastructure devices), so the introduction of new methods in the maintenance of these components is a logical action, if Ukrainian Railways intends to compete successfully in the domestic transport market (between rail, car, air, sea, river) and external (including railways Eurasian continent). Simultaneous fulfillment of the above criteria can be accomplished by introducing automatic systems for diagnosing infrastructure devices, including traction devices (contact network, traction substations). Therefore, the purpose of the study described in this article was to determine the possible benefit of the Ukrainian Railways joint-stock company from the introduction of modern methods in the organization of infrastructure devices, in particular the contact network and power equipment of traction substations. The impact of the use of modern methods of diagnosing infrastructure devices on the competitiveness of the railway both in the domestic and in the foreign market of passenger and cargo transportation was considered.
