Abstract

UA: У статті згруповано, деталізовано основні фактори, що впливають на інвестиційно-інноваційні перетворення організаційно-технічного рівня залізниць, відповідно до напряму здійснення впливу. Наведено наслідки дії деталізованих факторів зовнішнього та внутрішнього впливу. Розкрито сутність складових сукупного ефекту інвестиційно-інноваційних перетворень організаційно-технічного рівня залізниць. Представлено схему інвестиційно-інноваційних перетворень організаційно-технічного рівня залізниць, необхідних для покращення роботи галузі.

EN: The article summarizes and details the main factors contributing to investment-innovation transformations of the organizational-technical level of railways in accordance with the direction of influence. The consequences of the influence of the detailed factors of external and internal influence are given. The essence of the components of the cumulative effect of investment-innovation transformations of the organizational-technical level of roads is disclosed. The scheme of investment-innovation transformations of the organizational-technical level of roads necessary for improvement of the industry’s work is presented.
