Економічна безпека підприємства: сучасні методи управління

Abstract

UA: В умовах, коли Українські підприємства змушені розвиватися в умовах політичной, соціальной та економічної нестабільності, агресивної конкурентної боротьби на ринках та не мають практично ніякої підтримки з боку держави, повинні досить швидко і мобільно реагувати на зміни у внутрішньому і зовнішньому середовищах, але при цьому мають досить розвинений кадровий і ресурсний потенціал, єдиним виходом, на наш погляд є створення інноваційної системи економічної безпеки, за допомогою якої стало б можливо скористатисянаявними перевагами для вирішення існуючих проблем. Сучасний стан світової економики та велики соціальні та політичні зміни у суспільстві створюють достатню кількість важко вирішуваних і практично непрогнозованих ризиків та загроз. Наслідки таких сітуацій призводять до виявлення абсолютно нового сенсу поняття ризику та економічної безпеки як на глобальному, так і на локальному рівнях. Актуальними стають розгляд таких факторів економічної безпеки підприємства як психологічний, екологічний, іміджевий, антикорупційний і др.

EN: In the conditions when Ukrainian enterprises are forced to develop in conditions of political, social and economic instability, aggressive competition on the markets and have practically no support from the state, they must respond quickly and mobilely to changes in the internal and external environment, but at the same time have sufficiently developed personnel and resource potential, the only way out, in our opinion, is the creation of an innovative system of economic security, with the help of which it would be possible to take advantage of the existing advantagesto solve existing problems. The current state of the world economy and major social and political changes in society create a sufficient number of difficult to solve and practically unpredictable risks and threats. The consequences of such situationslead to the discovery of a completely new meaning of the concept of risk and economic security both at the global and local levels. Consideration of such factors as economic security of the enterprise, such as psychological, ecological, image, anti-corruption, etc., are becoming relevant. In such conditions, there is a need to ensure the economic security of the enterprise not by adapting to the external environment, which is constantly changing, but by identifying and further neutralizing threats and risks. In the classical theory, the economic security of the enterprise is characterized as its protection against risks and threats of the external and internal environment, and its main goal is to ensure sustainable and maximally effective development in accordance with the strategic goals of the enterprise.
