Аналіз основних причин транспортних подій на залізничному транспорті

Abstract

UA: У роботі проведено аналіз стану безпеки руху поїздів, виявлено основні проблеми та особливості функціонування транспортної інфраструктури. Показано, що принцип забезпечення безпеки руху на основі управлінських, нормативних, оптимізаційних та інформаційних технологій повинен мати пріоритетне значення.

EN: The article analyzed the safety of trains, identified the main problems and functioning of the transport infrastructure. It is shown that the principle of ensuring safety on the basis of administrative, regulatory, optimization and information should have priority. The formalization of the methodology and the development of specific methods and assessment and risk analysis with the subsequent risk adjustment mechanisms will improve security trains, especially the transport of dangerous goods. One of the ways to improve the automated management rail transport systems - elimination of human factors in the causes of emergencies, relief labor railway workers associated with the carriage of dangerous goods and the management of transportation process. To implement the above listed analyzes the functionality of all available information and automated systems, the work of all involved in the transportation process officers, duties of consignors and consignees of all regulations and rules related to the transport of dangerous goods.
