Abstract: | UA: У статті розглядаються теоретичні і практичні аспекти територіального закріплення локомотивних депо
залізниць за сервісними центрами з ремонту і будови обладнання локомотивів. EN: The article deals with theoretical and practical aspects of territorial assignment of locomotive depots of railways to service centers for repair and installation of locomotive equipment. The traditional system of cooperation between locomotive repair shops, specialized workshops and linear enterprises - locomotive depots has recently reduced its effectiveness, so an attempt has been made to implement new approaches for restoring effective cooperation between all links in the repair service of railways. The range of research included the optimization of the maintenance and current repair of locomotives based on the widespread introduction of means and diagnostic technologies into the locomotive maintenance system, the optimal system for the supply of spare parts and equipment, and the determination of the optimal life cycle period. The main task of the research was to develop the scientific aspects of the formation of regional service centers and to assign locomotive depots to them with the example of locomotive depots of the South, Pridneprovskaya and Donetsk railways, and in the first variant it was proposed the Poltava locomotive repair plant as a service center, in the second variant - Izyumsky diesel locomotive plant, and in the third - two service centers were counted simultaneously. The results of the research showed the possibility of using this method for solving practical problems, even though the method is essentially interactive, because at each step of the process it is necessary to decide how to expand the service area and when to stop the process, moving on to the next stage of the calculation. The study showed that, under conditions of fluctuations in the dynamics of expenses for the maintenance of the locomotive depot park, it is advisable to create specialized service centers that monitor the maintenance organization and repair costs thereon and are able to significantly improve the use of locomotives and reduce costs for maintenance and current repair of locomotives. |
