Удосконалення інформаційно-керуючих систем передавальних станцій залізниць України в умовах зміни обсягів перевезень

Abstract

UA: Виконано аналіз кількості затриманих вагонів з експортними, імпортними та транзитними вантажами, основних причин затримки вагонів на прикордонних передавальних станціях України за 2011-2014 рр. Розглянуто варіанти покращення взаємодії структурних підрозділів, державних органів контролю на прикордонних передавальних станціях залізничного транспорту. Наведено схему інформаційно-керуючої системи взаємодії в умовах різних компаній-власників рухомого складу. Модель діяльності передавальної станції можливо описати ланцюгом Маркова з зворотною траекторією з кінцевим часом та трьома станами.

EN: The analysis of the number of detained cars with export, import and transit cargoes, the main reasons for delays of wagons at border transfer stations of Ukraine for 2011 – 2014.
